Step 1. Download Call of Duty Ghosts Beta Mailer from here or you can access the site with click the "Sign up for beta" button above.
Step 2. Extract the contents to a folder make sure you leave the .dll file in the same folder as the Call of Duty Ghosts Beta Mailer.
Step 3. Enter your email, console/platform, and select your location.
Step 4. Press submit, wait about a minute or so, and you should receive an email, which will contain instructions on how to proceed.
